As founder of Lucilium, I understand the necessity for companies to make clear and strategic technology choices first hand.
My career began working for a large manufacturer of consumer products. Six years later I joined an outsourced contact center, headed-up their IT efforts, and eventually moved into operations for a $1.3B worldwide multi-site organization. About 10 years later I began to consult for a number of companies in the contact center space; operations, delivery, sales, and marketing were all facets of my engagements.
